Membership Application Form Submitted

Thank you for your application form. It will be reviewed by our club at our next meeting, and you will be contacted shortly thereafter. As part of the application process, there is an optional Background Record Check in order to volunteer with the vulnerable sector and hold certain Executive Positions. Any charges for the check will be reimbursed to you upon your acceptance of membership.
