The Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg has made a full sponsorship donation towards the building of a new home for a young, hardworking, low-income family in the Winnipeg Area.
The home will be built during Habitat’s building blitz from August 7-14 of 2004.
Habitat for Humanity Winnipeg is a wonderful organization that has built over a hundred homes since 1987. Their mission is to eliminate poverty housing by building safe, decent, and affordable housing for low-income families.
The cost to build one Habitat home is approximately $60,000 – $75,000. The Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg is proud to be involved with this wonderful organization.
