We have a 7pm dinner meeting via Zoom, with business commencing shortly after 7pm. You may sign up for dinner to be delivered to your home, and I’ve added extra fields for address/phone/pizza toppings. It will be a standard $10 meal charge, or covered if you are already pre-paid for the year.

We hold dinner meetings approximately every 2 weeks (every 4 weeks during summer months), with dinner at 7pm and our meeting at 7:30pm. During our meetings, we discuss fundraising projects, volunteer/fun events and ideas, and general policies and reports.

All are welcome to our meetings, but only our registered board members are eligible to vote. Board members must maintain a bare minimum 50% attendance in each half of the Kin year from Sept-Jan and Feb-June. Board members lose voting privileges once they miss two meetings in a row without explanation, and will only gain voting privileges back following their first full meeting attended and also having at least 50% attendance.

Volunteer and Social members are welcome to attend to hear about our future events, report on past events, or even propose and present ideas to our voting membership. Corporate sponsors are also welcome to attend and promote their business and services to our club.

We have the current COVID-19 precautions in place:

• Social Distancing at meetings (eight tables – maximum 2 people per table)
• No buffet style or shared food (dinner will be ordered individually packaged)
• No extra food available if you sign up late (or not at all)
