This dinner was created out of an initiative that Cvet’s Pets undertook in May 2013 when we began
working with military veterans and first responders struggling with PTSD. These individuals required a
service dog to assist them and Cvet’s Pets stepped in to help.

Cvet’s Pets is proud to provide starter kits to veterans and first responders with a service animal. These
starter kits include everything needed to own an animal. We provide these kits and ongoing support to
individuals across the country with dogs from all organizations. It is our way to “serve those who have
served us”.
